  2. Obligation for correct website use. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the website and not use it to incur in any activity which may be illegal or against good faith and in breach of the legal system, including but not limited to: causing damage to physical or logical systems of the website manager, its suppliers or third parties; introducing into or disseminating throughout the network any computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems which may be likely to cause the abovementioned damages, including those breaching or violating the honour, personal or family privacy and image of people, property rights and any other third party right of any nature as a result of the transmission, dissemination, storage, access facilitation, reception, attainment of or access to third party contents or image; incurring in unfair competition and illegal publicity as a result of the transmission, dissemination, storage, access facilitation, reception, attainment of or access to the contents; lack of accuracy, reliability, completeness and/or timeliness of the contents, and the User shall hold the website manager harmless against any court or out-of-court claim at all times.

Notwithstanding those cases expressly described in the Legal Disclaimer and the website regulatory framework, eMedica will not be liable for any damage or loss of any nature which may be derived from the lack of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, as well as any errors or omissions which may be part of this website contents. Furthermore, this website contains links which may lead users to other websites and webpages managed by third parties which are beyond the control of eMedica and therefore eMedica shall not be liable for the contents or conditions of such websites and webpages as well as the accuracy or fitness for a specific purpose thereof. Copy, modification, distribution, public broadcast and in general any other exploitation via any procedure of such materials is forbidden unless the data subjects' written consent has been obtained. eMedica shall not accept any liability over damages and loss which may be derived from the use of contents or a breach of any current legal provision by users.

Personal Data Protection. eMedica, complies with the personal data protection regulations and in particular Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December for Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21st December, which approves the Regulation implementing the Spanish Personal Data Protection Organic Act (RLOPD). To such effect, eMedica has developed a privacy policy whereby users are informed of the purpose and processing by eMedica of personal data supplied via the website, as well as the rights to access, modify, cancel and oppose which are available to the User.
